Hi, my name is Ryan and I have been a weight loss participant for a few years back.
During the time being, I have gained weight more than as normal and I have tried many ways like every diet on the earth and even visited to Gym for promotion session and discussion for subsequent membership for weight loss training.
The reason why I created this site was to help people like yourself lose weight and achieve maximal health through your diet and exercise regimes. To do this, I would like to share my previous experiences with you and what I have discovered over the years through my knowledge.

To me weight is not important though, health is. Let say for example you are 100-lbs and unhealthy and even you are 250-lbs and very healthy, so the how many pounds/kgs that you weigh is not the true litmus test. There are other measurements that you should be using to define your health, one of the most important being how you feel like.
I have also tried most of every diet imaginable. Not because I did not succeed at diets, but quite the contrary. I almost always succeed with them. I have “will” power, but I tend to fall out and lose interest over time as most diets are not sustainable but you can still try it. That is why the term “diet” should not be associated with your journey to lose weight. Your “lifestyle” is a much better term and if you can achieve a lifestyle that is healthy, then you have success.
Guys, if you get a lifestyle that is one of health, your mental and physical state will be one of sheer awesomeness! I can assure you that when your body is healthy, your brain usually follows. That is because when you run your body on clean fuel and you give your body regular use, it runs efficiently and it is a happy system as a whole.
